The Blipz on the Radar conference is organized by Dataworkz, Skyworkz, Groundworkz, Codebeez, Smartworkz, Lemonshark and Cyberseals. All content and events produced by Blipz on the Radar, including ticket sales and participation in the Blipz on the Radar conference, are subject to the General Terms and Conditions. The purchase of a speaker ticket at Blipz on the Radar implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Participation in Blipz on the Radar, whether as a speaker or a simple auditor, even free of charge, implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation.
The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions established on the Blipz on the Radar web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies unconditional and irrevocable acceptance by the customer of these conditions.
The information published on the websites www.blipz.io is subject to the smooth running of the entire conference and the absence of last-minute adjustments. In the event that the program is modified, the organizer will do everything possible to inform the speakers. The rates are indicated excluding VAT (Dutch VAT of 21% applies) for companies.
Your registration is firm and final. However, you can transfer your badge to another person by contacting us via team@blipz.io to modify the contact details of the registered person. No refunds or credit notes will be issued. Failure to present a speaker does not constitute a cause for reimbursement or cancellation.
Participation in Blipz on the Radar is possible as soon as your payment has been received. The wearing of an identification badge is mandatory to access the Conference area, as well as the Exhibition area. Anyone without a badge will be denied access to the Conference. In case of too many people and for security reasons, the organizer reserves the right to forbid access to conference rooms. The rules of procedure of the Conference area apply without reservation to all participants (smoking banned in the areas).
The organizer reserves the right to exclude definitively any person, without this giving rise to a refund, whose behavior or attitude is deemed unacceptable.
Blipz on the Radar is organized in an open mind that allows everyone to participate. The organizer is vigilant about the smooth running of the conference. Speakers are informed that their presentations should not shock and respect all participants. Any breach of convenience or any event likely to disrupt the conference can be reported immediately to the organizer present on the site or by email to team@blipz.io.
When you participate in Blipz on the Radar as a participant, speaker, or lecturer, you agree to be filmed or photographed. As a speaker, you may be photographed in groups or crowds.
As a speaker/participant, you agree to have your presentation filmed and recorded. You agree to use only content that is free of rights or for which you have purchased the necessary licenses (images, music). You agree that your presentation may be posted free of charge on Youtube.com.
Blipz on the Radar is only liable for the performance of its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure hinders them.
